Location: Near Neskowin, OR 97149
Contract: 190-Day Contract | Full-Time
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to support students with significant needs near Neskowin, Oregon (ZIP 97149) . This is a full-time position with strong classroom and administrative support, designed for an educator who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in students' lives.
Caseload: 10 students with significant needs
Support Staff: 3 classroom assistants
Contract: 190 school days + 4 release days for case management
Additional Support: Access to a TOSA (Teacher on Special Assignment) and Autism Support Team
Setting: Structured classroom with a focus on individualized instruction and collaboration
Oregon Teaching License with Special Education Endorsement Required
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience Preferred
Strong case management, communication, and behavior support skills
Built-in case management time (4 release days)
Excellent classroom support (3 assistants)
Access to specialized district resources
