The primary purpose is to implement high quality solutions that drive business value in RxBenefits growing business strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional that can live and conceptualize, in both the technology execution and business strategy. They will need to demonstrate the ability to collaborate cross functionally and partners to drive success. This is day-to-day leader will drive product solution delivery leveraging our core competencies: Problem Solving & Decision Making, Accountability & Responsibility, Communication, Collaboration & Teamwork, and Customer Focus to delivery best in class healthcare products.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Develop a comprehensive vision and strategy for data analytics products aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different business units to gather requirements, understand data needs and build consensus for overall alignment.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize features and functionalities based on business value and impact.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless development and implementation of analytics features and ability to report on progress to executive leaders as needed.
• Collaborate with data engineers, technology architects and product developers to design data pipelines, models, and visualizations.
• Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to key stakeholders including senior leadership, business units, and technical teams.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product direction and prioritization.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable data insights.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Deep Analytics background to turn business requirements into technical feature sets by defining data requirements and leveraging python bases statical modeling (e.g., NumPy, SciPY, Seaborn and/or Matplotlib).

Required Skills / Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Knowledge of the Healthcare industry within the PBM space is required.
• Experience with managing the delivery of products built with SaaS based statistical modeling technology stage (e.g., Python, Tableau, Alteryx or SAS Viya) is required.
• Experience with market leading SaaS/PaaS based financial management packages (e.g., AWS SaaS financial product stack- QuickSight, Marketplace SaaS,) or PaaS (Aurora, RDS) / Google Cloud – Financial Services Solution, BigQuery / Azure Financial Service cloud, Azure Logic Apps)
• 5+ Years of Experience as Technical Product Owner is preferred.
• 5+ Years of experience in Software development and/or Solution Architecture.
• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Solution Architecture to ensure value driven products are effective and scalable.
• Must possess strong analytical critical thinking skills.
• Driven self-starter who is creative and results oriented; manages multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data pipelines, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and machine learning concepts.
• Knowledge of programming languages like SQL and Python.

Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $120,000 - $135,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
