Senior Associate, Provisions / Corporate Tax Consulting Join KPMG US as a Senior Associate in Provisions / Corporate Tax Consulting . Responsibilities: # Provide tax compliance and advisory services for corporations and partnerships. # Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations. # Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver industry-specific insights. # Manage and mentor teams working on client projects. # Deliver high-quality tax advice and build strong client relationships. # Contribute to market activities and external business development efforts. Qualifications: Minimum two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm. Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M., or MST from an accredited institution. Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and ASC 740. Excellent advisory, compliance, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple engagements and client teams.
