Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships, including clients from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses.
• Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver industry-specific knowledge and expertise.
• Manage teams of tax professionals working on client projects.
• Deliver high-quality tax advice and services to clients.
• Contribute to external market and business activities, building and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, or Master's in taxation (MST) from an accredited university.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and a solid understanding of ASC 740.
• Strong advisory and compliance skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and client service teams effectively.
