Responsibilities Provide tax compliance and advisory services to ultra-high net worth individuals, trusts, and estate clients. Prepare complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, and estates. Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary contact. Lead teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects. Deliver high-quality tax advice and services. Contribute to market and business development activities. Qualifications At least two years of experience in ultra-high net worth individual and/or trust and estate tax, in an accounting or law firm. Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M., or MST from an accredited institution. Deep knowledge of individual income, gift, estate, and trust taxation; multi-generational estate planning experience is a plus. Experience managing multiple client engagements and teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
