Northwest X Southern Hospitality (NSH) is currently interviewing people for a Regional Operations Manager, to be based in either Lewiston or Post Falls, Idaho. We have 4 hotels in Idaho including Holiday Inn Express, Courtyard by Marriott, Hampton Inn and a Hyatt Place currently under construction. Our portfolio consists of hotels in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. We have award winning hotels where you will find hospitality is the true focus of our team. Summary of position: This Position is responsible for management of hotel operations for all properties in Idaho.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred

Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in the hospitality field

Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills

Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality
