Job Title: Director of Marketing Hospitality & Entertainment

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Salary: $150,000

About the Opportunity

We are working with a leading hospitality and entertainment group, known for its vibrant portfolio of restaurants, bars, and nightlife venues. They are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to join their executive team in Las Vegas.

This role will take ownership of the groups digital marketing strategy, CRM management, and brand development across multiple high-profile venues. With a strong focus on driving guest engagement, ticketed events, and F&B promotions, this is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing direction of a growing entertainment brand.

The Role

• Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple hospitality and entertainment concepts.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives including paid media, CRM campaigns, SEO/SEM, and data-driven audience targeting.
• Oversee ticketing, event marketing, and promotions for bars, restaurants, and nightlife venues.
• Manage brand presence across social media platforms, ensuring consistent voice and engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead and develop a marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Provide reporting and insights on campaign performance, guest engagement, and ROI.

Skills & Experience

• Proven executive-level marketing leadership experience within hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing and CRM management (a key focus of this role).
• Experience in marketing ticketed events, bars, food & beverage, or large-scale venues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and brand strategy.
• Strong background in social media management and audience growth.
