About The Opportunity: McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC is seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant to support the Director of Personnel in our Roseland Office. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic and possess a desire to be part of a team. Responsibilities:  

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department and administrative tasks.
• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data.
• Help coordinate employee events, trainings and luncheons.
• Review and process PTO requests and coordinate coverage for attorneys.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with benefit enrollments. 
• Photocopying, data entry, and other administrative duties, as assigned.

Salary Range: $53-$68k annually depending on experience and qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-3+ years of experience in a Human Resources or Administrative role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe and Excel.
• Understanding of HR laws and best practices.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks.
