Rees Scientific is looking for a temporary HR Assistant to join our team in Trenton, NJ! This Monday-Friday role is perfect for detail-oriented, organized individuals with strong administrative skills who are eager to grow in HR. You'll support the Human Resources team in maintaining efficient operations, delivering an excellent employee experience, and contributing to exciting projects. If you're ready to make an impact, apply today! Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing paperwork and coordinating schedules. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data and addressing inquiries. Respond to employee questions and requests in a professional and timely manner. Organize and maintain digital and physical files for HR documentation. Assist in coordinating HR events, meetings, and training sessions. Help with recruitment efforts, such as scheduling interviews and posting job ads. Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the HR department. Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role (HR experience preferred). Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
