Position Overview

As an Event Staff Member, you will assist with event setup, guest services, and safety. This fast-paced, hands-on role offers a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the events industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests before, during, and after events.
• Assist with event setup, seating, signage, and teardown.
• Direct guests to their seats and answer event-related questions.
• Assist with ticket scanning and crowd control.
• Enforce safety protocols and arena policies.
• Report any issues or hazards to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous customer service or event experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background inquiry.

This is a part-time position primarily based on weekends, offering flexibility for those with other commitments. The starting pay is $17 per hour, with the potential for negotiation based on relevant experience.
