This home page is custom-tailored to each worker, so they only see the information that is published for them, such as if they are in a Special Category, or if Self-Scheduling is enabled for them. As information is tailored to each person, workers are always in-the-know on their personal work experience, and are never confused by too much or too little information. Keeping workers informed not only helps to keep emails and calls to a minimum, but also empowers workers to log in and stay informed, without the need to wait for emails or information a coordinator has to push out to them.
